Founded in 1996, Global Language Translations and Consulting (GLTaC) was established inside the Dow Corning Corporation. GLTaC became a niche Language Service Company (LSC) providing technical translation services to an impressive client list in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to: chemicals, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), pharmaceuticals, legal/regulatory, medical devices, mechanical engineering, automotive, and the military. We handle large projects of deep technical complexity as well as less intricate requests—all with the same high level of accuracy, reliability, and dedication to exceeding your expectations.
As the leading Language Service Company (LSC) to the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) industry, GLTaC’s translations appear in over one million Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) each year. Additionally, GLTaC translates a wide range of regulations to support chemical classification and hazard communication worldwide.
In the military domain, GLTaC provides translations of officer-level training programs, field manuals, and vehicle maintenance manuals to aid the U.S. Army’s cooperation with allied forces. In fact, GLTaC's field manual translations are included in the General Dennis J. Reimer Training and Doctrine Digital Library as official foreign-language publications.
